Changed your mind?

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of enrolling, as long as you have finished less than a quarter of your program.

After 14 days

We refund the part of the program you have not started, less a small administration fee of $100.

How to ask

Email admissions@example.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; banks usually show them within 5 to 10 days.
